What information do you need for a quote?
Tell us your event date, venue or location, estimated attendance, and what production services you need (sound, LED walls, lighting, etc.). The more detail you provide, the more accurate your quote will be. We typically respond within one business day.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 2–4 weeks for basic packages and 4–8 weeks for large-scale productions with LED walls and full crew. Peak weekends book faster — contact us early to lock in your date.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we typically require a deposit to secure your date and begin production planning. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event. We'll walk you through the full payment timeline when we send your quote.
What if I'm not sure which package I need?
That's what the consultation is for. Tell us about your event and we'll recommend the right package based on your venue, crowd size, and goals. No pressure — we'd rather spec the right system than oversell you gear you don't need.
