Primal Sounds Productions LLC is an event production company based in Northeastern Pennsylvania, serving Scranton, the Poconos, and the surrounding region. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website or contact us about our services.

• Contact information — name, email, and message content you provide through our contact form or by calling us
• Server logs — anonymous, aggregated traffic data (IP addresses, page views, referral sources) through standard web server logs
• Cookies & tracking — we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which places cookies on your device to measure ad performance and understand how visitors interact with our site. A “Lead” event is sent when you submit our contact form. You can opt out of Meta’s tracking via your Facebook Ad Preferences or by using your browser’s cookie settings
• Campaign data — if you arrive via a marketing link, we store UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) in your browser’s session storage to understand which channels drive inquiries. This data is not shared with third parties and is cleared when you close your browser

Contact form submissions are processed by our own server — no third-party form processors are used. We do not use Google Analytics.

We retain contact form submissions and project-related communications for the duration of our working relationship plus 12 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing primalsoundsproductions@gmail.com.
