Outdoor Festival -- 2,000+ Attendees
Multi-stage outdoor festival with full line array sound, stage lighting rigs, and power distribution across the entire site. Our crew handled load-in, ran all audio and lighting through a 12-hour show day, and completed teardown by sunrise. Every piece of gear on site was ours -- no subrentals, no third-party vendors.
Corporate Conference with LED Wall & Live Stream
A regional corporate conference requiring a large-format LED video wall for presentations, wireless microphones for panel speakers, and a live camera feed streamed to remote attendees. Wedding Reception -- Full AV Package
Complete audio and visual production for a 250-guest wedding reception at a NEPA venue. Sound system for ceremony and reception, wireless mics for toasts and speeches, uplighting design, and an LED wall displaying custom visuals and photo slideshows. Setup was completed before guests arrived, and our tech stayed on-site through the last dance.
School Commencement Ceremony
Graduation ceremony production for a Northeastern Pennsylvania school district -- podium mic, distributed speaker system for clear coverage across a large gymnasium, and stage lighting so every graduate was visible on camera. We also provided a live camera feed to an LED display so families in the back rows could see the stage clearly.
MetLife Stadium Production
