Annual Meetings & Town Halls
Clean presentation audio, a single LED wall or projection for slides, a podium mic, and a handheld mic or two for Q&A. The priority is reliability and readable video — not a concert rig. Typical budget: $1,500–$4,000 depending on room size and whether you need a technician running cues.
Product Launches & Kick-Offs
Bigger visual impact. LED wall (or multi-panel configuration), stage wash, branded uplighting in company colors, wireless lavalier mics, confidence monitors for presenters, and cued video playback synced to the program. Typical budget: $4,000–$10,000.
Conferences & Multi-Session Events
Main ballroom rig plus breakout-room setups — each breakout gets its own PA, projector or monitor, and wireless mic. Video switching for keynote sessions, and often IMAG (live camera on the speaker displayed on the LED wall) for rooms over 300 people. Typical budget: $6,000–$20,000 depending on session count.
Galas, Awards & Fundraisers
The most common corporate gig in NEPA. Line array PA for speeches and live entertainment, LED wall for video tributes and sponsor slides, uplighting in organization colors around the room, stage wash, and a lighting operator running cues through the program. Typical budget: $3,000–$8,000.
Hybrid & Streamed Events

Corporate AV vs.
Concert Production
Corporate events have a different bar than concerts. A concert can be loud, energetic, and a little chaotic — a corporate event cannot. Here's what actually changes in the rig:
Silent gear. Generator noise, dimmer buzz, and fixture fans are disqualifying in a quiet room. We run LED fixtures (no tungsten dimmer hum), D-class amps, and all cable routing hidden so nothing buzzes during the keynote.
Intelligible speech. Corporate rooms prioritize speech intelligibility over SPL. We EQ for voice clarity in ballroom acoustics, use compressors on speaker mics so quiet and loud presenters both read clean, and tune the PA to the room rather than pushing levels that would work in a concert hall.
Redundancy. A failed mic during a keynote is a career-ending moment for the event planner. We run dual wireless frequencies on every critical mic, back up video playback from two sources, and have a spare of every fixture on the truck. Concert crews can usually improvise — corporate crews prepare.
Quiet professionalism. Black uniforms, early load-in, no talking during the program, hidden cable runs, and teardown that doesn't interrupt the after-party. The crew blends in.
